a parmesan crusted breast of chicken with sautéed mushrooms and onions on a bed of pesto cream fettuccini (spinach, toasted almonds, fresh basil, parmesan cheese and cream tossed w/fresh fettuccini)

we sauté chicken   breast in garlic butter with Thai curry paste, fresh tomato, carrots, green pepper, green apple,banana and cream ~served over brown rice.

Sausage or tilapia is sautéed in Cajun spices  with bacon, onion, red & green pepper, celery and fresh tomato, we thenadd cream and toss with cavatappi pasta


  Marsala Chicken with Apples & Sage*

 we sauté a breast  of chicken with sliced green apple in olive oil, add fresh spinach, top with our Marsala sage sauce andserve over brown rice

we sauté shrimp, scallops and tilapia with green and red pepper, add  cream, sherry, and a touch of Tabasco, tossed withfresh fettuccine and topped with toasted bread crumbs & parmano cheese
